At the Racine Locks & Dam.
West Virginia Side Racine Locks & Dam is about 8 to 10 miles north of the Pomeroy Ohio - Mason W. Va. Bridge,
on State Rt. 62 North "Old U. S. Rt. 33. Hope to see you there!!!
