This post is a list of websites that can help a person find the type of rocks they wish to collect. I will add to it when a good site is brought to my attention. Please post any ones you think might make this post more informative.

This site is located close to the Double D claim and has been visited by many OSPA members.

Here is a good spot to look for colorful Flint ridge material, some quartz as well. A Private collecting site that you can mine your own flint. A $5 collector's fee and .50 cents a pound for your finds. It's about 7 miles from the claim in Newark Ohio.
Bring Sledgehammers and pry bars...the more colorful material is beneath the grey and white stone. Btw, a thin prybar like carpenters use for pulling nails works great for opening the cracks in the rock.

As I had told everybody at Gold Rush, stopped by Flint Ridge site. Very nice place and was able to find some very nice material there. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants some nice flint ridge material. The colors range from black to pale grey/white. I would add a whisk broom and shovel to the list of needed tools.
