The Gold and treasure show will be held this year at the Ohio State Fair grounds May 14 & 15 . If you would like advance tickets / go to the GPAA web site to order / the advance tickets will be discounted if you enter the code OSPA30 and OSPA will get points . I am told the first 100 to enter will receive a free vile with gold in it . Camping is available at the fair grounds . Veterans can get in free by showing proof of service . You can go on the fair grounds web site and look up the date for more information .The show is open to all interested people you do not have to belong to a club to attend .
There will be a panning booth where you can learn how to pan for gold and you can keep the gold you find , This is great for the children . Come and spend the week end with prospectors from the surrounding states / see the Prospecting clubs that you can join .
